How Do I Join The 1824 Club Rewards Program?

How do I earn loyalty points?
There are many ways to earn points! You will gather 1 point point for every $1 you spend. You will also recieve points for actions such as completing your account, interacting with our socials or on your birthday!
How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and claim rewards anytime through your profile. Just click "1824 Club - Points and Rewards" and a pop-up will appear with your points total and possible rewards to redeem.
How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order.
How will staff know I'm a member?
When you make a purchase with us just let our staff know you are a 1824 Club member and we will log the spending on your account. To link you, staff will simply ask for your name or mobile number.
